That’s right, you are checking out a Nana's T&A 😆probably a new category for you so welcome … My adult son who is the sweetest happiest person I have ever met in my life has severe autism and needs constant care and supervision. He is my world, my copilot for life ❤️. I would not want it any other way. I have the best job in the world. The only downside is that it that it does not pay so I can not financially support us just being mom. A traditional job is not an option because I do not have any family so I had to get creative and here we are. I am definitely an amateur so fair warning . Tips are greatly appreciated and very much needed.
