ᖴITᑎᗴSS ᕼᗴᗩᒪTᕼ ᗯᗴᒪᒪᑎᗴSS 🍃 Attempt to excite and inspire others. Nothing is of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. When I started my fitness journey in 2018, I was incredibly underweight at 24, 115lbs. I had daily digestive issues along with irritability, migraines, and foggy thoughts, to name a few. Now @27 I don't suffer those things anymore and the best part , changing your mind body and soul can be quite addicting!
