This Privacy Policy explains how TotallyFans collects, uses and shares information when you visit, register for, or use TotallyFans and its creator discovery, analytics, profile-management and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. We collect information such as your email address, account type, verification status, membership status and account preferences.
Creator information. If you are a creator, we may collect profile information, platform usernames and links, images, creator-supplied attributes, ownership or claim information, and information used to maintain or enrich your TotallyFans profile.
Usage and device information. We may collect IP address, browser and device information, pages and features used, timestamps, search activity, security-session information and related diagnostic or fraud-prevention data.
Transaction information. We may receive purchase status, product, amount, transaction identifiers and entitlement information from payment providers. We do not need to store complete payment-card credentials when a third-party payment provider processes the payment.
Public and third-party creator information. TotallyFans may compile creator information from public pages, third-party platform information, creator submissions and other permitted sources to provide creator discovery and analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts; verify email addresses and creator claims; provide search, lists, analytics, look-alikes and profile-management features; maintain creator data; process purchases and access; detect fraud, scraping and abuse; troubleshoot and improve performance; communicate with users; measure advertising and site usage; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technology
TotallyFans may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics and advertising measurement. We may use services provided by companies such as Google, Meta and TikTok to measure visits, registrations and advertising effectiveness. Those providers may receive browser, device, event and network information under their own privacy policies and applicable settings.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, process payments or operate TotallyFans; with advertising and analytics providers as described above; when necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; in connection with a business transaction; or when you direct or authorize us to share it.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as "sharing" or similar activity under certain privacy laws, depending on jurisdiction.
5. Creator Profiles and Public Information
Some creator profile information may be visible to TotallyFans users or on directly accessible public profile pages. Creator information can originate from public sources or creator submissions. A creator may contact Support to request correction, claim review or removal, subject to reasonable identity or ownership verification.
6. Data Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account and service information, including account authentication, password hashing, access controls, logging and security monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain account and transaction records, preserve security and fraud-prevention information, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal or business requirements. Retention periods may differ by data type.
8. Your Choices
You may update certain account and creator information through TotallyFans. You may contact Support regarding account, creator-profile, privacy, correction or deletion questions. Rights vary by location, and we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
9. Adults Only
TotallyFans is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to register for the Service.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as TotallyFans changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. When a material update requires renewed agreement, we may request acceptance of the updated policy.
