Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TotallyFans, including its website, creator discovery tools, analytics, lists, look-alike features, creator profile tools and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use TotallyFans. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs through your account.

2. What TotallyFans Is

TotallyFans is a creator discovery, profile and analytics service. TotallyFans is not a subscription-content platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by OnlyFans or other third-party platforms that may be referenced or linked through the Service. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Creator Information and Search Results

TotallyFans may display creator information compiled from public sources, third-party platform information, creator submissions, automated processing and other permitted sources. Information can become outdated, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that a profile, classification, statistic, price, promotion, availability or other data point is current or error-free.

4. Acceptable Use and Data Protection

You may use the Service for personal creator discovery and other uses expressly offered by TotallyFans. Unless we give written permission, you may not scrape, crawl, harvest, download in bulk, systematically copy, republish, resell or otherwise extract TotallyFans creator profiles, classifications, analytics, search results, compiled data or other database content. You may not use the Service to create, populate, train or enhance a competing directory, search service, database, commercial dataset or AI training dataset.

You also may not bypass access controls, interfere with normal operation of the Service, probe or attack our systems, use automated means to create accounts or make requests at abusive rates, impersonate another person, or use TotallyFans for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or abusive activity.

5. Free and Paid Features

TotallyFans may offer free features and paid access such as TotallyFans+. Feature availability, limits and pricing may change over time. Unless a purchase flow expressly states otherwise, paid access is for the stated access period and does not automatically renew. Third-party payment providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Creator-Specific Terms

If you claim, create or manage a creator profile, you represent that you are authorized to manage that profile and that information and media you submit are accurate and lawful. You retain ownership of content you own. You grant TotallyFans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display and otherwise use content you submit as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve your TotallyFans profile and the Service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for any text, images, links or other material you upload. TotallyFans may request verification of profile ownership and may refuse, suspend, correct, merge or remove profiles when ownership, safety, legal compliance or data integrity is in question.

Creator profile photos uploaded to TotallyFans must be safe for work (SFW) and may not contain nudity or sexually explicit activity. Only the creator whose profile is being managed may appear in an uploaded creator photo; no other person may appear in the image. The creator must be at least 18 years old. By uploading a photo, you represent that the person shown is the creator associated with the profile, is 18 or older, and that you have the legal right to use and submit the image. TotallyFans may reject or remove photos that do not meet these requirements.

7. Profile Corrections, Claims and Removal Requests

If you believe a creator profile is inaccurate, unauthorized, misidentified or should be removed, contact TotallyFans through Support. We may require reasonable verification before changing ownership, removing information or granting management access.

8. Third-Party Sites and Services

TotallyFans links to third-party websites and services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, policies or conduct. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

TotallyFans and its software, design, branding, databases, classifications, compilations, analytics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property and other laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TotallyFans intellectual property to you.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect users, creators, our systems, our data, third parties or the integrity of the Service, or when these Terms are violated.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search results, creator availability, accuracy of third-party data, or that the Service will meet every user's expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TotallyFans and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or losses arising from third-party creator platforms or content. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The current version and effective date will be identified on this page. When a material update requires renewed acceptance, TotallyFans may require you to accept the new version before continuing to use applicable features.
